For drivers who are familiar with Sungai Besi-Puchong road in Bukit Jalil area, most definitely you’ll know that it is often associated with heavy traffic especially during rush hours. Formerly an alternative route to Kuala Lumpur, it has somehow turned into a major toll free route. And it is due to this very reason that has prompted developers to start a series of development projects here in the last few years.

And among some of the high density housing areas are Bandar Kinrara, Bukit Jalil and Puncak Jalil. But nevertheless, to attract home buyers, developer of Bandar Kinrara reserved Alam Sutera to sell properties by heavily promoting that it is low density.

One of the projects under Alam Sutera is the residential area known as Maya Sutera offering only a limited number of impressive-looking double-storey semi-detached houses to maintain it as low density area. The price ranges from RM900,000 to over RM1.1 million. The project was first launched in October 2009 and expected to be completed by October 2011. But bear in mind that only 18 units of semi-D homes are available.

Therefore, interested home buyers should take action now and book in advance to avoid disappointment. Located deepest into the development somewhere near the limited number of link homes, the units available are mostly semi-D homes and bungalows.

The unique selling-point of the homes is its exclusivity to appeal to home buyers. And similar to other projects under I&P Property, the concept and landscaping designs play an important part of its marketing concern. Well of course its strategic location right next to Sungai Besi-Puchong road is one of the attractions to persuade home buyers of its convenience. All the homes in Maya Sutera are arranged neatly in four rows in an enclave.

The project offers 10 different unique designs. And the corner semi-D units would have a bigger land size. Currently there are only six homes per row but it is believed that more units would be launched in a later phase. Meanwhile, the open green space might be turned into a huge playground in near future.
