The price ranges from RM900,000 to over RM1.1 million. The project was first launched in October 2009 and expected to be completed by October 2011. But bear in mind that only 18 units of semi-D homes are available.
Therefore, interested home buyers should take action now and book in advance to avoid disappointment. Located deepest into the development somewhere near the limited number of link homes, the units available are mostly semi-D homes and bungalows.
The unique selling-point of the homes is its exclusivity to appeal to home buyers. And similar to other projects under I&P Property, the concept and landscaping designs play an important part of its marketing concern.
