Among some of the first few projects in Taman Raintree are Meranti Condominiums. Launched by Impiana Land in 2007, Meranti Condominium was reputed as the first of many phases of apartments to be built on the 26-acre of land. Right after 2007, the developer was forced to delay other developments in the same area due to some unforeseen circumstances.
Fortunately, Impiana Land decided to make some changes to the masterplan and launched new products under its belt in Taman Raintree that include Semarak Condominium.
Compared to the former development, Semarak Condominium offers better facilities and consists of only two blocks.
Launched by year-end 2009, the project would be completed by December 2012. And of course, the selling point of this whole project is nonetheless the newly operated KTM station nearby.
The completion of KTM Station was a huge boost to Semarak Condominiums
Starting from a price range of RM190,000 to RM285,000, this project has 342 units out of the total 684 units planned for the whole development project.
Based on the masterplan, there are 40 floors of units above podium level while the facilities are located on the podium level.
If you are really trying to find fault with Semarak Condominiums, then it is definitely the fact that the Ariza Garden Villa right opposite it are sharing the same facilities. But from another perspective, Semarak Condominiums offers some great facilities in the clubhouse such as team-bath, gymnasium and sauna.
To convenient its future inhabitants, the developer has decided to include 10 retail lots for private business owners.
While there has been some improvements on the facilities available, of course the price has also increased as compared to Meranti Condominiums. Each unit is entitled to one parking bay but for those who would like to purchase an additional one, you have to fork out RM2,500.
